Total Dump! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   One word sums up this place: Sucks The management is totally disorganized. Maintenance requests generally take a week to process and sometimes not at all. The maintenance staff doesn't speak English so it is extremely hard to explain to them what is wrong. The water is always being shut off without warning. The elevators break down at least once every two weeks and it takes them up to a week sometimes to repair them. I met an eldering gentleman that was "trapped" by this place, meaning he had sustained a physical injury that prevented him from moving out. As you can imagine, with his condition malfunctioning elevators did not make him happy. His words were that he "finally escaped" from this place. The stairwells smell funny. The whole place is basically a pseudo college dormitory. The people above us sometimes had their stereo blasting until 230 in the morning. Calling security to do something about the noise is a joke. You're lucky if you even get someone to answer the phone. The hallways smell disgusting. The carpets are extremely dirty, inside the unit and out. The parking garage is dark and damp.
