This place is infamous with the City of San Jose for not responding to complaints. We lived there for 5 years and moved out last year. I'm noticing people are still complaining about the stuff we complained about. Fire alarms go off all day/night. SJSU students are living with like 5 or 6 people in a one bedroom, which puts a HUGE burden on the building...then they decided to CHARGE FOR WATER. This place was even featured in the Metro back in the 90's with all the same complaints. To top it off they claimed we owed them back rent when we left, which we had to take them to small claims court to get back.
