Not to bad... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Wow, these reviews are pretty bad, but I've had some success here. My apartment was newly renovated, so it is pretty nice. I will admit though that the gym is pretty old, the jaquizzi is never hot.... However, the maintenance staff is always fast to fix any problem I've had. The Colonnade also takes dogs, which is a huge plus for downtown... I haven't had any problem with parking, but I will say that the office is always closed. They are rarely here on the weekends and the main manager totally "forgot" to tell me a lot of stuff before I moved in..like you have to pay for water...(not too bad 19.00 a month so far). I will say that the cleaning staff keeps this place pretty clean. The residents are mostly students and sometimes they are pretty messy... I would suggest living here if you are on a budget and have a dog. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
