Sorry to hear that you are so unhappy at the Colonnade. Unfortunately we cannot control what your rent portion is through the housing authority. It seems like this has been explained to you year after year, but you still continue to live here.
Are you upset that I told your friend to stop urinating in front of the building. Is this some sort of retaliation? Because this is the first I have heard of your problems.
Today we reached 100% occupancy and are turning customers away, so we must be doing something right.

Doing something right? You did something right when you built the apartments across the street from the University. After that, however, things went downhill rather rapidly. And based on the fact that your approval ratings are lower than Bushes, Id wager your not doing much right at all.

Yes, you can control what my rent portion is, by lowering the total contract rent which YOU control. Another lie. Yet you refuse to contact Housing Authority and say you will do this and you continue to advertise a false price for you studio in bait-and-switch style. Stay away from this place whoever is reading it is a terrible place.
