Avoid this apartment!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   No matter which floor you live. Residents are so nosiy everyday, especially weekend. I can not believe that one-bed room is shared by more than 7 people, and they are making so many noise. I do not know how the manager allowed them to do that, and security is helpless. They don work at all even though we complain about it. If I compare the nosie problem of this apartment with others, I think SJSU dormitry is still better than this apartment. Avoid to rent here!! Just a location is good for SJSU students.
