I dont exactly agree with the person who says they work at the coloandes. I actually live here!! waking up to jack-hammering at 8 in the morning sound delitful to you'' or how about other people parking in your spot'' or LOUD indian people on their phones through out the halls'' not able to use the pool for 4 months yet just had our rent increased'' these are just a few of the inconveniences my roommate and others deal with weekly.. :/

IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT MOVE!! Renovations need to be done to this complex, it is for the better for all our tenants so why are you complaning? We have security you can call if people by you are being loud...or simple call the cops. Rent increases when your lease expires...everywhere you go! If somebody parks in your spot all you have to do is call us we will tell you where to park and we will tow whoever is parked in your spot. If people don't let us know how the f*** are we going to know! If you can't deal with it then F****** move, nobody is forsing you to stay here!!

Obviously the response person is a staff member of Colonnade. You are not only making the situation worse for tenants but very very unprofessional. I agree with this person, if you don't live here then don't make excuses for everything you guys aren't doing. If Colonnade does not overcharge tenants who break their lease early then I'm sure many many people will leave instead of staying in a bug infested apartment building. It is the staff's job to tell tenants to keep the noise down and like the management said you guys aren't here 24/7. Whose fault is that? Cops are not paid to take care of the management duties, you guys are, so you do your job. And maybe you should learn how to spell "forsing" is not a word.

I lived in this hell whole in the late 80's. It was a nightmare then. Sounds like it has not changed much. Management and security was the worst of all. There wasn't any, period. There are 10 doors to getr into that building besides the front door which is rarely manned. I feel for anyone who lives there. Get out while you still can!
