I hate this place. theres roaches in the pool area and since they decided to rip apart the pool for "remodeling", all of the giant roaches moved their way up and into peoples apartments. The "remodeling" is about finished but IT LOOKS THE SAME as BEFORE they ripped the place apart! The management is ------, they will "work" out a deal to "help" you on financial/rent problems but since nothing was ever down on paper, it don't count! Then they tell you they will give you a copy of an agreement but don't. These people are liars, out to get your hard earned money. I had some financial problem and all they did was add more fees onto my already large debt. The neighbors are ok, except a few who likes to set off the fire alarm at 3 in the morning every month. This place has been nothing but bad luck. from dying pets to loss of employments. they also charge you between $300-$500 "pet rent" for your small dog or kitten. If you are living on your own for the first time, do not live here! oh, by the way, i posted a picture i took this morning of one of the many thumb size roaches in the complex. i cant see picture i posted but you might.

You need to post the notice all over SJSU and have big RED LETTERS "DON'T LIVE HERE! YOU WILL GET SUED!" since they won't know who it is, there is nothing they can so about it. Did you like my review, it's CAUTION?
