Country Lane Apartments

Country Lane is highly recommended by me! From: NewWestDweller Date posted: 9/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived here for almost a year now. I set my outlook calendar to remind me to write another review. I wrote one when I was here for one month (guess they dont keep the reviews up for long). I do not understand these other reviewers. They are contrary to anything I have encountered here at Country Lane. 1) Gorgeous apts/grounds...new temp mgr is AWFUL! Major complaint about a temp workers attitude. Well I know the temp and she is always helpful and polite, more likely the reviewers got the attitude problem. 2) Its Great At First, Then It Changes Probably the idiot that messed with the fire extinguisher and is also too stupid to put their trash in the trash chute in the first place (this is a recent problem) lower rents = lower class tenants. Memos from management have never called anyone a slob (maybe a case of the shoe fits). If this persons biggest problem is a memo taped to their door, what a droll life. 3) Nice Place (Revisedx2) No ides of what this person is complaining about, not paying rent and being stupid enough to give out a work number that is not a direct line' I always give my cell for my work number, problem solved. Wont miss them when they move. Here is the real skinny on Country Lane Apartments. This place is minutes away from shopping, dining, theaters easy access to 280 & 85. The grounds are well cared for and landscaped. My experiences with the staff have been pleasant; I find all of the staff to be professional, polite, personable and helpful. I live in the New West building it is kept clean. It is nice and quite most all the time. I looked at a lot of apartments and for the size (I have a 2 bed 2 bath @ 1150 sq. ft.) you can not beat the price. Every one that visits my home says (without exception) this is a nice place. I will renew my lease here until I can afford to buy a house or move out of the state. Deanna who runs the office is the best. Marlene (the office manager) is great too but the management Co. moves her around to other properties and she is not here much of the time. Country Lane is highly recommended by me!
