Country Lane Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   When I first moved in, everything went wrong (puddles in the parking garage, fire alarm CONSTANTLY going off, apartment not clean upon move-in, tires getting deflated in the parking garage, and keys not working on move-in date). And, of course, it all got worse! The worst of all the problems I had to deal with was "housecleaning" entering my apartment ON my move-in date, but never actually cleaned anything, instead took some of my belongings. I was told by the previous manager (they are constantly changing office staffs so its EXTREMELY difficult to get issues resolved) that I will receive a reimbursement. It has been MONTHS since the incident and i STILL havent received my reimbursement. If I were you, Id avoid renting at Country Lane. There are plenty of new apartments around the area with management who are more courteous and professional. If you do decide to rent here, youll only be paying more than you should for these crummy apartments, and a headache from dealing with management who are incapable of doing things right.
