I have lived at Country Lane now for just about a year and have no plans to leave. In fact, I plan to renew my lease with a very warm letter of thanks in the next month. The apartment is beautiful (I'm in the new building), the building is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Noise level is very low and the amenities are great. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking to live in comfort and peace. Ive found a place I can call home. If anyone has questions, DeAnna is your gal. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. A true professional.

We have lived here for 2 years, by the pool, 1 st floor. Here's the real deal on this place: when we first moved in here, things were normal for being typical apartment living, not perfect but liveable. The guy upstairs enjoyed Monday night and Sunday football games and playing his guitar. Ok, whatever, no big deal, this is apartment living, right? He moved away and the manager placed a family with two kids above us. What was she thinking? Since then, the new neighbors have stomped on their floor so hard that they have broken our living room lights, twice; we have been awoken up from our sleep countless times by their crying kid at all hours of the night; each night at 7 pm, one kid practices her violin, and the wife yells at her kids and husband all the times. Their kids jump and run through their apartment (my ceiling) screaming and shouting without having any concern for the other tenants in the complex. I have tried talking to them about their excessive noise. They don't care; the brushed dead leaves off their balcony and into my patio. They have no respect for their neighbors. I have complained to management countless times, verbal and written, and you know what...they don't care. The manager just tapes memos on their door; til this day, the noise issue still is not resolved. We undestand apartment living gets noisy at times, but every single day and night. I asked the manager why do they have tenants sign a rental agreement is they are not going to enforce it, and she said "I'll write them a note and tape it to thier door." "They don't care about your notes; they simply throw them away, so what's the point?" Anyway, it looks like we have to move out of Country Lane Apartments, because the manager does not do her job; she's basically getting a free ride being apartment manager, collects the rent, answers phones, writes notes and tapes them to tenants doors, but when it comes to dealing with real issues she avoids them at all cost. Bottomline: We all want to find a cool place and stay a while, because moving all the time cost money and is stressful at times;however, Country Lane Apartments works best as a short-term stop, staying longer two years will only leave you frustrated and asking "why am I still here? It's time to look upgrade." Tip: If you dare, get an upstairs unit near the back and not near the pool or in the center complex. It's all good in the beginning, then it changes.
