Bad MAnagment-The Asst. Manager is a @!#$ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   Lived in this dump for almost three years. I know, I should have moved out of here earlier, but the place was close to work, the apt. was decent...and we barely had to interact with the management, so it worked out quite well. After my room mate moved out I moved into a smaller apartment...and thats when I had to start dealing with the mangement. The apartment they gave me was a ---- hole. Some of the problems I had were: 1) Carpets had marks all over 2) Restroom had mildew 3) Washer/dryer made lots a noise and the clothes never got cleaned properly. 4) Refrigerator did not function properly as a result any food left in fridge for more than 2/3 days would get bad 5) The whole apartment was damp all the time When I complained to the management, they ignored. I finally moved out. The only sensible person to talk to was/is the Manager...rest of the people working there are incomprehensible goons, especially the dumb witted Asst. Manager. She was/is a royal pain in the you know where. Anyways...the rent is low, but I recommend there find a different place to stay. Not worth staying here.
