The front of the Countrybrook looks very nice. However, the apartment is poorly designed. All one bedrooms are on the bottom and two bedrooms on top. In addition, the bedroom faces the parking lot so you can hear any car noises at night.
The little streams didn't have water in them most of the time because the pumps needed repair. The security gates are opened during business hours or otherwise are broken. The pools were small and often crowded.
The two bedrooms above you usually have kids and you can hear everything from the stereo to kids running around. When you complain about noises to security, nothing seems to happen.
The worst part is that the rent increased 35% after our lease was up.
I thought it would be a nice commute to work but every cars like to go on north bound capital so it would take 30 minutes to go a small stretch. In addition, there is a lot of construction lately. I would recommend some other places.
