Sounds like corporate people reviews! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I lived at Countrybrook for a little more than 1 yr. and the review given by the previous "resident" must surly be someone from corporate. So, they make an attempt to have community functions, but what about the ponds that are left unrepaired for WEEKS at a time and with water left in for insects and scum to prosper' And those gates at the front of the place' They are frequently inoperable that I'm sure removing them would make life easier! I have lived at few places in the Bay area and, NO, CAR WHEELS ARE NOT STOLEN AT EVERY COMPLEX!! They have 2 work out rooms, but the one at the back of the property was often closed due to vandalism (I belive they planned on closing it). The ONLY attribute worth telling you about is washer/dryer inside the unit. Rent elsewhere!
