Kids will steal your stuff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Make sure you have good insurance on your car. Expect the emblems on your car to be stolen, if not the wheels or entire car. The garages aren't safe either- the two years I lived there, the neighbor left their door open about 50% of the time, allowing someone to come in and steal my toolbox. Lot of noisy neighbors and cars driving by w/ loud stereos. The landscaping is the really the only thing this complex has going for it.
