High rent, rent raised regularly, shoddy construction

The complex has changed managements teams twice since I've lived here. When the complex was purchased by Bay Area Apartment Communities, the rent increased 35%, with 10% increases annual. Two years later, a new management company took over the complex, Avalon Bay. Rents have continued, with services cut. I now have to pay for my own water, and there's now a $10/month trash fee as well. There's nothing exceptional about this complex. Perhaps very typical for apartment life. I would not call Countrybrook luxary living. Every appliance and fixture in the unit is the absolute cheapest that one could buy at Home Depot.
