Stay Away if You can afford From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   First of all, this apartment has low-income rent program (20% or more of the units are rented below the market rate). If you are looking for that, then it will be different story. If you pay regular rent, this place is not a good choice at all. I was fooled by the its appearance at the first look. The office lady only show me the model unit without showing me the actual unit. After I moved in, I found out the appliance inside the apartment is so old that I have to wonder what age that I am in. (1) Refrigerator: No defrost function. Water is dripping all over the place. I had to set up two mugs to take the water. The water still get out of hand. I have to drain the refrigerator contantly. The inside of the frig becomes smelly because of this problem. The frig made loud noise due to its age. (2) Washer It sent bad smells when used. It also caused excessive wear on clothes (3) bathroom The bathroom has a very bad odor that I could not remove (4) garage The garage door kept failing. Nobody cares about it. (5) Gated community'''''' The gate remains open day and night, but randomly closed for someday (less then 5% the time). I was given the gate remote that did not work. (6) Cabinet The interior of the cabinets is so cheap that it does not have any paint on it. (7) Patio The patio was not usabel. The dryer ventilation is blowing cloth fabrics onto the patio. The junk from your upstair patio will leak to your patio. (8) Carpet The carpet will get wet due to water leak. There was zero response from maintainence after informing them of the problem. I had to say that this place is ranked definite the worst place that I ever lived in a rental apartment.
