They Steal your Desposit From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived at Creekside for a year and my experience there was ok. My apartment happen to have all new carpet, stove, dishwasher and bathroom faucet. The walls were painted 2 days before I movewd in but they used water based paint and I think its a scam for them to take your deposit. Now my walls weren't fillthy but there were scuff marks and when I tried to clean them the paint on the wall was comng off. So out of my $850.00 dollar deposit I got back $140.00 most of it was for painting the walls and "light" cleaning.
