Worst Apartment Complex Ever Lived In From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   This apartment complex sucks, plain and simple. The water is shut off literally at least once a week if not more. The internet connection doesn't hold because the lines are so ancient that they are rotting and the building won't pay to have comcast put in decent service. If you work from home there is no stability in your connection and you will not be able to succeed. The office is also in with their contracted tow company. They won't tell new tenants that they need a parking pass to park within the gates and then they will wait until a holiday to have your car towed so that the tow company gets an extra $70 to release you your car. There are no signs stating that parking along the fence is prohibited without a permit and they didn't not give us a permit after signing the lease. They have dug up the entire place to redo plumbing and haven't replanted any of the foliage that they destroyed so the place looks terrible. Along with the plumbing came people coming in and out of the apartment for days on end without knocking. Complete strangers were wondering in and out of the apartment at any given time whether we were home or not. They also felt it necessary to leave the door wide open when no one was home. This is by far the most horrible place I have ever lived. Please save yourselves the headache and don't live there.
