I agree totally with last two reviews, this place really is one of the worst apartment complexes in san jose..and it's a shame because it was not always that way. You really have to blame the management (Janice), and the new owners for really not thinking through a workable startegy with the renovations, or taking the time to consider how the tennants are affected by the constant water shut-offs, the roofing, and the rebuilding of all the balcony's, which in the end does not seem like much of an improvement. There assistant manager here is so rude to anyone that calls, and janice the main manager is a true moron, with no sense of what her job really is. It is also apparent that all the new owners are trying to do is justify yet another rent increase just because of the renovations which were long overdue, but some of which really did not need to be done at all. I mean why rebuild the balcony's, no apartments ever do that...unless there is something we don't know (termites perhaps). Do yourself a favor and avoid living here, because you will just be going through the same nightmare as us. No water, no respect, bad internet, bad cable, shotty workmanship inside and out, and really idiotic management and ownership.
