This has been a great place to live for me, yet I can see the issues some others may have. Regarding the units lacking natural light-it totally depends where your unit is within the complex. I wake to a sunsplashed breakfast table and have to close my blinds so it's not too bright when I'm in my office. Some units have trees in their patios and near their windows though so I'm sure that limits their sun. The places are pretty decent sized with a large master bedroom and good closet space.
As far as noise, I'm right by the driveway and I do hear the noise from the businesses in Willow Glen during the day(a hazard of being able to walk to them I guess), but the owners just installed double pane windows throughout the entire property, so if it's too noisy I just close the window.
Parking is average with 1 carport and additional uncovered parking, and on site management has been great. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
