Tenants have No manners!

This place is awful to stay. Kids have no discipline. They damage other tenants property, throw eggs on windows, smash cake on the door knob, throw food all over the landscape. Tenants wash floor mats in the washing machine. Late night parties are a common thing here. Vehicle breakage is regular. Not a safe place. Kids even throw objects around and have broken window glass. Men/boys sitting is groups on corner is a daily activity.
The Property manager Lori also stays in the same complex facing the school and has a big banner outside her patio. She is the most rude woman I have ever met. In office she is loud & on road she is speeding her Bettle & honking at cars. Someday she should get a ticket for her rude driving. While moving out of the apartment, this rude lady will deduct as much deposit she can. Over a period of time, apartments have to be paineted and carpet cleaned. She will recover this cost from the tenant leaving the complex.
The property is hardly maintained. Old 18th century heating. No acirconditioners. Water heating is awful. Electric points are too less all over the apartment. Maintenance is horrible. Never respond at first call. Management is interested only in rent.
Bottom line - do not rent this place or even visit there to tour the apartments. Horrible management, horrible tenants, horrible place.
