Good place, good price

I paid $825 a month for 1 bedroom in late 2005 and after my lease expired in 9 months, the management did not ask me to sign another lease and did not raise my rent. The apartment does not have the newest stove or anything else; however, the maintenance staff will fix anything you need right away. The management are great. Great place for the price.
The only complaint that I have is the laundry facility. Each complex only has 3 washers and 3 dryer, so you need to pick your time to do laundry.

Wow where does one start, long story short, If I.C.E (Imagration Code Enforcment)came through here they would have a field day!! I do not think that Lori (Manager) checks anyone out or there credit before anyone moves in. I have lived here for aprox 6 years now and have had a vehicle stolen, have had vandalism, property stolen, I rarley see security on site. Its true that these building's are very old, I have been told by PG&E that the wiring in these units is not up to code and is very old and unsafe! I have seen many people using the pool that do not live here! I live on the Driftwood side and this is the side that is not kept up at all, the side where the office is is always kept up, I do not use the laundry facility because they raised the price to $1.50 to wash and $1.25 to dry also very dirty. The two Maintanace guys that work here are pretty cool they usually come right away to fix problems. They recentley just raised the rent for those of us that have lived here a while probebley to take advantage of the housing crunch due to the fact that alot of people are losing there houses and are now renting. For the most part this place is a safe haven for illegal alians and thats why the place is the way that it is.
