Too many bad people. The good ones are trying to fight it but so far nothing is happening. The trouble makers STILL aren't gone despite promises. Loud fights, cops, drugs have been a regular thing. It's cute in it's way - lots of birds, trees. Near buses/shopping. When the rents go down, they don't bother to lower yours. Place to wash car & laundry - but it's open all night & machines are loud. All are 1 bedrm but most have several people in them. It's more like a big hostel since there are some people who are just all over the place doing their thing all hours. It's safe in the sense that everyone pretty much knows everyone and what should be going on, but unsafe because the drinking and drugging brings people who will do what they want under the influence and you can't really do anything about.
