Way overblown negative comments - I wouldn't recommend researching here - Talk to residents instead

Most of the harsh negative reviews on this site are false.
After leasing for continuous 24 months, I have decided to renew my lease for another 16 months. Why would I live here if it was such a crappy place to live'
In fact, Elan offers the best pricing for the square footage and the facilities provided to residents. Other apartments around this place are either old or too pricey!
This is the best value for your money.
Instead of getting discouraged by bad reviews written by management of other apt. complexes, drop by the complex and talk to the residents to get a true feel of what it is like to live here.
There is no point in paying attention to this negativity!

Really??? I have been a resident for almost three years. The management has gone down hill in the past few months or so. Current assistant property director has an attitude problem and has no customer service concept. Overall, Elan must be cutting corners by hiring cheap employees on the management and by not keeping up with necessary maintenance. I personally filed complaints to the Director, to the Assistant Property Director and neither of them cared about the issues I brought up and has no interest in resolving them. Fortunately, I am moving out of this place soon so I will stay away from the incapable and unprofessional management, where the actual negative energy emerges.
