Why would anyone think the negative comments are written by management of outside complexes'

How would outside management know about SJ police arriving on a Sunday morning'

How would outside management know about the new requirement for renter's insurance' And just WHY is it REQUIRED' Almost as if the elan management is WORRIED about getting SUED for the recent incidents'

Here's a gem from another post: "Other apartments around this place are either old or too pricey!" Perhaps you need to visit one of the 5 complexes that have gone up since 2003. BTW, Elan was build in the late 80's to early 90's.

I too must conclude that the happy talk is coming from the Elan management.
