Free Lunches once a month...Free Movies....Good Service (Maintainence, Cleanliness and Staff)..Yoga lessons...tennis lessons
Bad things:
Parking is dirty and unsafe (Unmarked parking spots with no lines to mark the parking spots (Half the time u will end up parking in 2 spots and not know it since u cannot make out the parking lines.)I have heard cases of theft.
Over all very clean place and best place for walks with a food court 2 mins walk away.
Elan also has Shea Insurance Services ::A sister company which does Renters insurance for them...Most of the people i know (My neighbors, My friends) avoided hassles and got the insurance from Shea itself (176$)I did too...Another way to make more money...I think so...
but they never forced us to get the insurance from Shea but its a matter of convenience and the people sitting there KNOW THAT...
