like it so far From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I moved in a few months back. It has been a very pleasant experience till now. Definitely a very upscale community (very diverse though). People are nice, staff is awesome. The apartments have everything you need. My walls are pretty thick, so I dont really hear my neighbor like I used to in my earlier apartment. Rent is slightly high, but I really dont mind giving a little bit more for a safe, nice, pleasant community. It is pretty secure: hard for random folks to get in. It is NOT "way overpriced" like the previous post claims it to be. Avalon at River oaks (the one right across to this community) offered me a worse apartment (with less amenities, and it is not even SECURE) for the same price. And I also have a fireplace now. Beat that now! If you are NOT looking for a ghetto unsafe place with all facilities, you will like this place, and you would be ready to pay a little more. By the way, I am NOT from the management, so I dont want any hate mails now!
