This place is NOT Luxury From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I am willing to pay luxury apartment prices for security, maintenance, cleanliness, and other things. So, we have been. BUT the grounds are a mess. Dumpsters overflow into the parking lot. If you drive into the parking log, you may even see a vehicle or two on blocks because somebody stole the rims. I've had other neighbors complain about theft, and I too have been robbed (my garage was left open by the contractors that have been "repairing" flood damage for the past TWO and a half MONTHS). Management still requires that we pay rent on the garage, even though we have had to park our motorcycle out in the rain since the flood. Noise complaints are ignored. Loud music booming through the floor is common place. IF you like quiet or cleanliness, my recommendation would be to look elsewhere.
