EXTREMELY OVERPRICED From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 4 responses   I have never actually lived at ELAN apartments but i called to ask the price of a 1BEDROOM 1BATH in MAY of 06 and the guy from the lease office told me 1470.00 a month for a 1bed/1bath apt.CRAZY You can RENT A HOUSE FOR another 15 to 1600 a month The apt is 780 square foot for 1470 a month plus all utilities. BIG RIPOFF
