Disappointed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have live at the E'lan on and off for 11 years. Recently, while I was moving out, my truck was broken into and nearly everything stolen. I immediately went to the office (the break in was in the lower parking garage) and reported the theft, but didn't get any sympathy. To make matters worse, I left my apartment in super clean condition. They charged me for many items and reduced my deposit to nearly nothing. You are far better to leave the apartment in a crappy total mess and lose your deposit. You will be lucky to get 100 bucks back ... may as well let them deal with cleaning the baseboards, etc.
