Your shock is when you move out! From: horribleelan Date posted: 6/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived here for 18 months, and found the apartment and the maintenance to be reasonable. However your shock is when you move out! Doesn't matter how clean you leave the apartment they are going to surprise you with ridiculous move out charges. It took me 8 phone calls just to get hold of the property director for something i was double charged. I despised the experience so much that I gave up midway trying to get the money back. In my experience, and while talking to colleagues who lived her in the past, expect as much as 1/5th of your deposit to be refunded. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
