Noise: They recently started picking up the garbage 6am on Thursdays. I can not believe no one is mentioning about it on the review forms yet. But it is really terrible waking up with garbage truck metal/dumster sound. There are about 3-4 dumsters per truck stop. You juts have to lie down and listen...wishing truck leaves asap. Then around 6.30, the planes start taking off from SJ airport.
Maintenance: You call them. They response late especially if you have an A/C problem, you are under these guys mercy in terms of service.
Pool: Only after so many complaints, I saw pool being cleaned for the first time. If you like to swim with bugs/bees, then the pool is good for you.
Office stuff: Overall they are pretty god except some new hires which never smile and makes me feel uncomfortable.
Mail service: This is dealing with post office, but worth mentioning. I am not sure if the mailmen are literate enough to work for post office. They can not read a name on the letter and place it in the correct mail box' is it this hard' They always spend time by the pool like they like on the property and really do a bad job for mail delivery.
Parking: There are reported break-ins on the property. There are posting (WARNINGS) to owners. Not a safe place. But plenty of parking.
