From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   Nice complex. Friendly and helpful maintenance staff. Unfriendly leasing staff with very high turnover. You will get some noise from your upstairs neighbor, but little noise from other neighbors. Generally 1 pool (the lap pool) is heated during the winter, but sometimes the heater breaks down and they are slow to repair it. Security is generally good but occasionally cars are broken into, particularly if the owner leaves a laptop or other valuables visible.
