Elan sucks when it comes to noise from above

Elan is good in all aspects except when it comes to noise from neighbors above. I think it has to do with the construction, and management thinks it is least of their problems. People planning to move to Elan. THINK AGAIN !!

Have you tried working with them to resolve this issue? I had complained and they immediately sent my neighbor a letter and the noise was much better within days. Try working with them they are great at responding!

I would have to agree with the response above. I had a neighbor from hell and they actually had the idiot kicked out! Call them, I bet it would help.....

It just depends who's living above you. Elan is a well built complex.
