Not too bad From: fromutah Date posted: 3/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Good points: nice well-kept grounds, lots of trees, above average weight room and exercise facilities, usually lots of parking, noise hasn't been an issue for me. Bad points: only one small pool is heated in the winter, construction is average at best, kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are mediocre, cigarette smoke seeps into bathrooms through ventilation system
