Elan At River Oaks

Elan is a BIG cheater! From: bayrenter11 Date posted: 4/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Elan looks great outside with pools and painting, but dirty inside. Carpets are so dirty and old and they don't replace them. The outside trees are like a jungle, anything can get into your home: spider, mice, bug, worm etc. Their management is getting worse and worse. People in managment level are mean and unreasonable. Late fee is charged even if you live there for more than 3 years and you never be late before. Parking lot is dirty and messy. Marks are all over the place. False Alarm is on all the time. The elevator often does not work or busy and you have to walk a long way through their puzzel like stairs. And it is not safe, peple break into your mailbox and steal things! With so many facts in history, Elan is still charging such a high rent! No doubt Elan is a true CHEATER!! Stay away.
