Elan At River Oaks

No safe any more From: lesejua@hotmail.com Date posted: 5/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I heard crimes have been happened more and more in elan apartments but I couldn't see any security work more harder than before. It definitely needs to install any cctv camera to check the garage and elevator who come in and out. Recently, my door lock has been off third times in the middle of night by someone. I reported to the management to change the lock door but they charged it.. And then they don't help me that much. I should report it to the San Jose police and move out other apartments soon..!!
