Great Place From: cgr062406 Date posted: 10/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have nothing really bad to say, well other than the rent is a little high but that is what you get anywhere in the Bay Area. Staff is always helpful, not sure who these other people are dealing with, sounds like they may have been rude first and got it right back in there face. Maitenance is very responsive when you call, if i call the office with a question they either answer it for me at that time or call me right back. I have never had a problem with this place, neighbors are quiet (except for a few screaming kids once in a while but it doesnt last for very long). Amenities are great. Been here for over a year, just signed another contract.
