All was great when we moved in. Its a bit noisy and you dont get at&t signal inside any of the apartment.Comfort wise its a good apt. But the worst part is when yo move out. Even though our apartment had no requirement of repainting or any sort of extra cleaning, they charged us like crazy when we moved out..It was impossible to get a proper explanation from the staff..I would never move in again if I had to..

same thing happened to us when we moved out...we cleaned like crazy, even rented a steam vac cleaner and retouched the paint... still they charged a lot of things and didn't got our deposit back... we're got so tired of arguing we just let it go... and yeah we didn't have at&t signal inside too...we had to go all the way to the street... we we're at bldg 5 (so that's 335)

Totally agree with this. I had the exact same experience. Although I read this review before moving out of Bldg 6, there's nothing I could possibly do, hiring a professional cleaner didn't help either, cos supposedly I should've "turned in" the receipts to the maintenance offce. What the. They charged us an arm and a leg after move out. I did go over to see what the charges were all about, and the office personnel mentioned that someone would call up, but no one did. What can they explain if half the charges are fictitious.
