I completely agree, it seems to me that these people are bitter. I have lived her for over a year and never had a problem, the apartments are beautiful and I have never had issues with noise (dogs or neighbors), the managment team has been very courteous. I recieve several packages and if I'm not home they are left at the office and a notice has always been left for me. The only people who don't try to deliver it to my door first is usps, but they always leave a slip in mailbox which is right by the office, so it's never been inconvenient to just stop in and pick it up. The SJSU college kids moved into the dorms that were just built, so I don't know why every one is still complaining about them, again I say bitter... I have a 5 year old daughter we walk to the school that is just the next block over and I have never felt unsafe, and have yet to run into a bum on the property. I will say that this, this is San Jose and I have lived here all my life, there are bums in the area, if you can't deal with that then you shouldn't be living in the city.
