I agree about this as a tenant that used to live there. This is one of the reasons why I only stayed only for one year. The place itself is nice but the management is really horrible. The office lady is really mean.
I have been living in different apartments in Bay area but the management in this apartment is the worst one ever. The cleaning charge was the worst one ever. I have never been charged this much after moving out from apartment. They were nice when the first time I planned to move in but after after you moved in, things changed.
I also found out that the area is not a quite area. I hardly spent a good day while living there. So MUCH NOISES!!!!
Overall, the apt itself is quite nice to live but I just can't stand the management.

As far as the noise, you knew the apartments are located in a light industrial area that is slowly going away.
