Esplanade

The Esplanade was the first apartment community we looked at and we fell in love with the apartments the minute we saw them. Jackie, the apartment manager, is an absolute joy to deal with. She helped us get approved, accommodated our request for a particular apartment, and really made us feel at home here. We complained about noisy neighbors once and Jackie took our complaint seriously and has since solved the dilemma. I'm not sure what the last person to rate esplanade poorly is complaining about; this is probably the nicest apartment community in San Jose. Although the rent is higher than some places, our utility bills are very low, and our pet rent (for our dog) is only $35.00 a month! We have never had a problem with parking, and the majority of the neighbors are friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment community!
