nice place & sad to be leaving!! From: Sarah_L_Taylor Date posted: 1/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   Like the reviewer below me I am moving on, and moving out of the state for my company. It s quite a bittersweet feeling given that San Jose is where I grew up, and have spent my life, I ve called the Esplanade my home for 2, almost 3, years now. My time here has been an enjoyable, pleasant experience all around, from getting to know my neighbors, and the neighborhood, as well as the management and leasing staff. I am so thankful for the extra measures that the office staff and manager have taken to ensure my uncomplicated re-location process, I am grateful to them because they ve always gone the extra step or two to ensure that I was comfortable, whether it be following up on a work order, or allowing me some flexibility on my rent (3 weeks) when my mother died last year. So Thank you, Jacque, Jags, Melissa, as well as the entire maintenance team, you have my utmost appreciation, I will certainly refer you to anyone looking for a home in the south bay/ San Jose area. - Sarah Taylor
