I live here and am disgusted with how this apartment complex has turned sour. You once offered free carpet cleanings with a lease renewal - no more! 11 or 10 month leases only to have the rent go up more than 100 dollars each time' Seems to be the standard now. I have had many friends that I have had to warn AWAY from this once great apartment complex. Our car was broken into, and only AFTER did they warn us that the security locks were disengaged for fire reasons. UNACCEPTABLE. If you want to keep residents happy, a few minor concessions should not be that hard to do! A free carpet cleaning ESPECIALLY when keeps YOUR carpets looking their best would seem to make sense. Stop treating your tenants like you are doing us a favor renting here - we could all find better! New management is HORRIBLE. Renters insurance is fine, as I have lived in other truly "luxury" apartments that require it but to raise rents like this is going to make us all look elsewhere. A happy tenant is a good tenant.

Dear Resident,
In response to your entry, we offer different types of specials for renewals and at different times of the year. They can range from free carpet cleans, to gift cards, or even just rent discounts from what we're renting at true market. I want to first thank you for renewing with us and if you like to stop by our office, I can definitely see about offering you a free carpet cleaning. I apologize that you have had a negative experience with the new management but I assure you that we want to build a positive relationship with all of our valued residents. Please come in and meet us. We'll be more than happy to assist you anyway we can. Thank you. Liz, Property Manager

Update....
Was told I would get a carpet cleaning after posting this. Thank you for listening to the concerns of your tenants. Small gestures can go a long way to making us feel that you care & aren't just out to gouge your tenants.
