Price, expensive for San Jose. Awesome that this is a pet community. Street parking for extra cars can often suck, unless you don't mind parking around the block by the train tracks. The grass in front of the apt doors are often muddy--like I'd really want to bring dirt into the apt from my puppy. We've been here for 1 1/2 mos and stupid AT&T who we are forced to purchase from have been giving us the run-around for dish network--it still hasn't been hooked up, and I think I've already been charged. As for the people in the office...lets say there's only 1 person I feel comfortable with.

The new managemnt is awefull. AT&T suck and when they re did the back doors recently, I had a heqadache for weeks. The chemical smell was horrible. They did not post what was in the chemicals. The new management do not know how to talk to people. Strangers hop teh fence to get in the pool, throw rocks at the tenneants. It just sucks living here now. I gave my notice due to the fact the price now for a 2 bedroom is 2150.00. Just not worth it. The apts are not for professional. It is more for students. So if you want quiet, do not live here. This place has changed so much since the new management took over.
