Fairway Glen Apartments

EXCELLENT CHOICE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I used to live here for 4 years and loved it back then. I came back again this year and signed up for a lease. Fairway Glen provides excellent management and tenant service. I have interacted with Jill, Pari, and Ramiro when I moved back this year --- they were and still are very friendly, professional with their interaction to the tenants (incl. the kids who often come to visit them or just hang around the office), responded to my concerns quickly, and deserved to be recognized for doing a great service to this complex. The area is a perfect location; it's close to SaveMart, Longs, Bank of America, Kragen, and surrounded by choices of places to eat (Chinese, Italian, Jack in the Box, Drying Shed, Pizza, Mexican, coffee/croissant). It is a quiet neighborhood. My car got vandalized a few years back; but again, the police informed me that it was one of those cars that was considered a "hot" item for burglary. Since then, it seems like the security around the complex has improved. I like the idea that residents are now given parking stickers to identify the cars as belonging to a tenant in Fairway Glen. The rent charge seem to be reasonable based on todays market. I love the washer/dryer that is installed in each unit. No more running to the laundromat during the weekends. Thanks to Jill and Pari again for making this complex an excellent choice to live in!
