Fairway Glen Apartments

A great place to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2002   My husband and I have lived at Fairway Glen for almost 7 years now and are still quite happy with everything. Our apartment faces Toyon, the main street, so all our windows are double payned and really cut down the noise. The staff (with a few exceptions who are no longer there...) has always been quite curtious and quick to respond to requests. Rent increases are normally okay, although one time it seemed unfair ($400 increase), but after checking with other complexes, they were not that far off base. My only word of caution would be on the hired security company. My vehicle has been broken into 4 times, but then again, it is on the list of "most frequently stolen/broken into" cars.
