Totally mismatched rent and environment quality From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've lived here for 2 years. Basically, this location keeps me away from my friends, since this area is honestly more like a ghetto, countless fire alarms, especially a pickup truck park on the red line curb was set on fire a week ago which really scares mao, noone recommends me to continue the contract. Also, a puny..laughable "fitness room" really reflects its quality. No major companies are nearby, far away from all major shopping centers. This is acceptable given a cheaper rent, 9xx, however, now they are going to raise the 1br price from 9xx to 12xx, an outrageous increase, I decide to move, willing to pay 12xx for any other community but this hell. BTW, office staffs are nice, but the environment.
