I have been in residence at the fairway glen apts over 10yrs, up until now the time spent here has been satifactorily,but it's true the amenities are antiquated,all that has been upgraded is the landscape of the property. Recently the property has been bought out by fpi management,inc in less than 2 weeks they have posted several notices on every tenant's door demanding that we get rid of all plants on patio's and your porch area,no garbage cans,bottles,brooms,mops,bicycles,fitne equipment,windchimes,all furniture and similar personal property are to be kept inside the apartment. also they posted several back to back notices,stating that they intend on upgrading the apartment interiors by painting in 2 different color schemes,catering to individual taste, at cost to tenants at $75 per wall this is causing expressed frustration among most of the tenants. None of the restrictions are within the previous or present contract lease .They ended the notice encouraging us to please tell them if there is anything further that they can do to ensure your continued residency is enjoyble . Anyone looking for anything close to a peace of mind,do not consider the fairway glen apts .

Well at least someone cares enough to try to make this "ghetto" we live in look nicer. I hate that my neighbors have nasty couches, beer bottles and garbage outside their apartment. If you like to live like that - go live at the dump... STOP complaining, if you don't like it then move.
