Thats exactly what the maintenance does here! They do quick fixes, and nothing really gets fixed.
Yes, the ladies in the office say things will get done, but that how they will be done is another story.
For the last year, I asked for general maintenance, rating from window screens and closet doors, to the toilet paper holders in the two bathrooms. Nothing has ever been fixed to last, just short term, thats why I'm out of there.
I like the apartment because it is very spacious, has alot of closet and linen space, but, its no good to live anywhere when its not clean! I was told the carpet was cleaned, I steam cleaned it twice myself! They lied, they never shampooed it!
Its dirty underneath the stove and refrigerator! They are supposed to clean that before I moved in! I tell you its terrible. It just looks neat upfront, but when you get into the corners, or a month passes by, everything begins to creap up!
The maintenance is bad, and the office ladies are just sellers, not out there to truly benefit you. I would advise everyone when looking for an apartment, is to check out maintenance and upkeep.
If your maintenance guy is running around in shorts and a half cut t-shirt, its probably not the best apartment choice. You can even just judge by the apartment stairs, to see if they are clean or not, or it the covered entrances are full of spiders and webs.
Also, its noisy, you can here conversations from other neighbors bedrooms all the way into you bedroom, there is no control.
As for Parking, all of my cars, the emblems were stolen at least twice each within the year. Thats three cars and 6 emblems, and I own an oldsmobile! I wish I could charge them for being so careless!
I don't recommend this place!
